Cross Country & Track has Seven on Academic All-District Team
GREENWOOD, Ind. – The Mount Vernon Nazarene University men's and women's cross country and track teams had seven members named to the NAIA Cross Country and Track & Field CoSIDA Academic All-District Team.
For the men, Mason Hendrickson (JR), Evan Hodkinson (SR), Tyler Shipley (JR), and Bryce Wiles (SR) each earned a spot on the team. On the women's side, Ellyn Coe (SR), Brooke Holloway (SR), and Lyssi Snouffer (SR) received the honor.
The CSC Academic All-District award is given to a student-athlete who maintains a 3.50 cumulative grade-point average while having reached sophomore status academically and having participated in at least 90 percent of their team's competitions throughout the current season, while also being at their current institution for a full calendar year.
