Women’s Golf Closes Fall Season at Holy Cross Invitational

NOTRE DAME, Ind. – The Mount Vernon Nazarene University women's golf team wrapped up its fall season in the Holy Cross Invitational at the Warren Golf Course at Notre Dame on October 20-21.

MVNU placed third overall out of four teams in the tournament. The Lady Cougars had a score of +149 (+83, +66) through two rounds of work.

Trinity Wolf placed sixth overall to lead the Lady Cougars, finishing with a +28. Mary Weisburn also secured a top 10 finish, tying for seventh overall with a total of +30. Ryan Satterfield followed, placing 13th overall with a +41. Jacqueline Giesler tied for 15th with a performance of +50 and Jaya Booth was 21st with a +81.
