Women’s Bowling Starts Season at Midwest Collegiate Championship
DETROIT, Mich. – The Mount Vernon Nazarene University women's bowling team began its 2025-26 season in the Midwest Collegiate Championship in Detroit, Michigan on October 4-5.
MVNU competed in a stacked field of competition, placing 37th overall with a total of 6136. A three-hour delay caused by a power outage caused a little bit of adversity during the competition, but despite this, MVNU was able to remain locked during the tournament. Olivia Strait led MVNU with a total of 782 through five rounds.
