Bowling Competes in Crossroads League Bowling Tournament No. 3

JACKSON, Mich. —  The Mount Vernon Nazarene University men's and women's bowling teams competed in the Crossroads League Bowling Tournament No. 3 on Friday, January 25.

The men's team placed sixth overall in the tournament, totaling 4838. Spring Arbor won the tournament with a score of 5615. Wyatt Ary led MVNU, placing 25th overall with an average of 187.7. Nicholas McGuire placed 29th with an average of 183.7. Benjamin Brubaker rounded out the top three with a tournament average of 180.

The women's team placed sixth overall with a score of 4532. Marian took the crown on the women's side, totaling a score of 5328. Paige Hicks had a strong performance for MVNU, placing 11th overall with a 188 average. Kenzie Willoughby placed 20th overall, totaling an average of 176.33. Abigail Larkin rounded out MVNU's top three, placing 30th with a score of 165.67.

 

What's Next

MVNU is back in action on Saturday, February 1 in the Crossroads League Bowling Tournament No. 4 in Elkhart, Indiana.
