Men’s Cross Country Wins OWU Invite
POWELL, Ohio. – The Mount Vernon Nazarene University men's cross country team ran a strong 8K race at the OWU Invite, hosted by Ohio Wesleyan University on Friday, October 3 at Liberty Park.
MVNU showed no rust after its week off, finishing first overall out of the 12-team field. MVNU finished with a total of 62 points. Ohio Northern University and Denison University rounded out the top three in the race. Will Baker continued his incredible freshman campaign, placing first overall and being crowned the individual champion with a time of 25:02.0.
