Wineberg Named WHAC Men’s Volleyball Defender of the Week
LIVONIA, Mich. – Noah Wineberg of the Mount Vernon Nazarene University men's volleyball team was named the WHAC Defender of the Week on Monday, March 10 by the Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference.
Wineberg averaged 1.86 blocks and one dig per set in MVNU's matches against Trinity Christian and Indiana Tech. Against Trinity Christian, Wineberg had a career-high nine blocks to lead the Cougars to victory in four sets.
MVNU is back in action in Ariel Arena on Friday, March 14 at 7:00 p.m.
