Men’s Track & Field Places Third at Crossroads League Championships

MARION, Ind. — The Mount Vernon Nazarene University men's outdoor Track & Field team competed in the Crossroads League Outdoor Track & Field Championships, hosted by Indiana Wesleyan University on May 1-2.

MVNU turned in a strong performance placing third overall with 79 points. Marian placed first with 294 points, followed by IWU with 119.

Jaden Haldeman (110m Hurdles) – All-League, first overall, 14.71 seconds

Bryce Wiles (100m) – All-League, first overall, 10.57 seconds

Wiles – Hit the 200m NAIA B Standard in prelims – 21.13 seconds

Evan Hodkinson (800m) – All-League, first overall, 1:50.58, School Record, NAIA B Standard

Tyler Shipley (Pole Vault) – All-League, second overall, 4.90m, NAIA A Standard

Chandler Hartman (Shot Put) – All-League, third overall, 15.41m

Marcus Whaley, Haldeman, Seth McCloskey, Samuel Haley (4x400) – All-League, third overall, 3:17.29

Ryan Lehman, Daron Porter, Simon Rohwer, Hodkinson (4x800) – Fourth overall, 7:39.52, NAIA B Standard
