MOUNT VERNON, Ohio. – The Mount Vernon Nazarene University men's soccer team (2-2-0) took on St. Mary of the Woods College (0-3-1) on Saturday, September 2 at CH4 Stadium.
The Cougars were able to claim their first home victory of the season against the Pomeroys, thanks to a great all-around effort on both ends of the field. MVNU defended its home turf, winning by a final score of 4-0.
