Men’s Golf Finishes Season at Crossroads League Championship
WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. — The Mount Vernon Nazarene University men's golf team completed its 2026 season at the Crossroads League Men's Golf Championship at the Coyote Crossing Golf Club on April 27-28.
MVNU placed tied for fifth overall in the 36-hole tournament with Huntington University with a score of 628 (315, 313) overall. Marian University won the tournament with a score of 586.
Bennett Hill led the way for the Cougars by tying for 14th overall with a two-round score of 153 (76, 77). Jack Mayle also tied for 14th (79, 74) overall for the Cougars. Hunter Smith tied for 28th overall for MVNU with a score of 161 (80, 81). Will Streby tied for 28th as well, finishing with an 80 and an 81 in each round.
