Cougars Place Sixth at Stonehenge Invitational
WINONA LAKE, Ind. – The Mount Vernon Nazarene University men's golf team competed in Grace's Battle at Stonehenge, at Winona Lake, Indiana on September 29-30.
MVNU did well as a team, coming in sixth place in the invitational out of nine times. The Cougars shot a total of 621 (313, 308) through the two-day event and was a 53 plus overall.
Bennett Hill led the Cougars and tied for 14th place with a total of 152 (75, 77). Jack Mayle tied in 20th place with a total of 156 (79, 77). Camden Bille tied for 31st place with a total of 161 (82, 79). Will Streby got 33rd place with a total of 162 (77, 85). Tyler Goetzman tied for 34th place with a total of 164 (89, 75).
What's Next
The Cougars will travel to Ada, Michigan to compete in the two-day event, Egypt Valley Intercollegiate on October 7-8. Tee time for both days will start at 9:00 a.m.
