MVNU Bowling Competes at the Second Ohio Bowling Conference

COLUMBUS, Ohio. – The Mount Vernon Nazarene University men's and women's bowling teams competed at the Ohio Bowling Conference No. at the Columbus Square Bowling Palace in Columbus, Ohio on Saturday, November 15.  

The MVNU women's team finished 12th with an overall total of 4,167 pins. Reagan Judy led the way for the Lady Cougars, knocking down 541 pins, with an average of 180.3 per game. The University of Northwestern Ohio ultimately claimed the women's title with a team total of 5,273. 

On the men's side, MVNU placed 13th out of 20 teams, ending the weekend with 5,024 pins. Christian Phillips paced the Cougars with an individual total of 631 pins, averaging 210.3 per game. Muskingum University won the men's tournament, posting a team total of 5,727 pins.

What's Next 

The MVNU men's and women's bowling program will be competing in the Crossroads League Bowling Tournament on Friday and Saturday, December 5-6. The competition will take place at Crest Lanes & EZ Lanes in Marion, Indiana; the start time is still to be determined
