Bowling Teams Finish First WHAC Championships
FORT WAYNE, Ind. – Mount Vernon Nazarene University men's and women's bowling competed at their first ever Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Championships on Saturday afternoon.
The Cougar men finished in 13th place on Saturday. MVNU had a total score of 2502 over four Baker games; MVNU had a top Baker score of 662, and had an average of 781.88.
MVNU's women finished in 12th place, besting Cleary (Mich.) by nearly 800 points. The Cougars had a total score of 2386 over four Baker games. MVNU's top game was Baker game one, where they had a score of 674.
MVNU men's and women's bowling compete for the final time in 2019-20 on Saturday, February 29 at the Ohio Bowling Conference Championships, to be held at AMF Sawmill in Columbus, Ohio.
